Dev House(HSV)

Join the first room.

If you're building something—or trying to—you'll probably fit in.

WIP is welcome. You don't need a polished startup, a perfect demo, or a finished product. Bring what you're working on.

FAQ

Questions worth answering early

Who is this for?

Anyone actively building—software, hardware, music tech, art-tech, AI tools, weird side projects. You’ll fit if you want to show work, ask real questions, and talk shop with locals who do the same.

Do I need a startup or a polished project?

Absolutely not. Works-in-progress are the main character. Messy prototypes, weekend tools, and half-debugged hardware belong here.

Who runs DevHouse HSV?

Locals who want Huntsville to have a serious builder room. It’s community-led by default: show up, contribute, help set the tone.

Is there a cost?

Early meetups are free to attend. If we need to cover space or supplies, we’ll lean on venue partners, light sponsorship, and people chipping in before we charge at the door.

How do I bring a project to the room?

Request an invite and tell us what you’re setting up—laptop, prototype, hardware, whatever you’re actually working on. We’ll follow up with logistics for the first room.

No one expects you to have it figured out.
