Larry Nicholas walked into the First Room as CEO of ELS-Tec Group — carrying a clear mission: make urban agriculture permanent infrastructure in communities, not a temporary project. By the next day he was already writing about what the night had been for.

That was the tone of the room. Not a pitch night. Not résumé theater. Builders in motion. And Larry named the thing he keeps learning as a founder:
