When you join, RSVP, check in, or participate in the builder network, we may collect information you provide—such as your name, email, project details, and event attendance. We also collect basic usage data through standard analytics to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use this information to run events, maintain the builder network, communicate about rooms and opportunities, and improve the DevHouse experience. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Information may be shared with event partners when needed to host a room (for example, venue check-in). Builder profiles in the member network are visible only according to visibility settings you or organizers control.

Retention & requests

We keep information as long as needed to operate the community and honor event records. To ask about your data or request removal, contact us through the Join page or email devhousehsv@gmail.com.
