The community

DevHouse HSV is a builder community operated by Benjamin Philip Tankersley. By using this site or attending events, you agree to these terms and our Code of Conduct.

Acceptable use

Use the site and events in good faith—participate honestly, respect other builders, and do not misuse forms, data, or access you receive through the community. Organizers may remove participants who violate these expectations.

Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of work you share. By submitting applications, project descriptions, or builder records, you grant DevHouse a limited license to display that content for community and event purposes. DevHouse branding, site content, and materials in the brand pack are protected—devhouse™ is a pending u.s. trademark.
